Service & Testing

If you have a security system, CCTV System, Access system or a duress/medical alarm, all of these systems were purchased to give you peace of mind in one way or another.  It is practical therefore to also implement a service schedule and testing program of the system to keep it in optimum working order.

We not only test every component for functionality but also check that any detection devices are not restricted in any way i.e. field of view, obstructions, site building extensions etc.

A service also involves testing the systems offsite communication (if applicable).  Upon completion of the work a service sheet is either emailed or posted to you.  Should any faults be found we will advise prior to any repairs being carried out.

Remember your security system be it an alarm or cameras are operating 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to maintain system integrity & functionality your system should be serviced. The cost outlay is minimal compared to what it could cost you if you have a system failure.

Considerations for maintaining systems functionality can be for meeting insurance requirements and also for accreditation purposes.
